El tratamiento se realizar\u00e1 con los silos vac\u00edos, logr\u00e1ndose en el plazo de una a dos horas, sin la utilizaci\u00f3n de ning\u00fan tipo de producto qu\u00edmico. Se eliminar\u00e1n hongos, virus, bacterias, esporas y huevos de insectos. Los pocos insectos que consigan sobrevivir al tratamiento ya no podr\u00e1n reproducirse.<\/p>\n

Ozone generator portable<\/h3>\n

-Production of the Generator: 24 gr \/ hour.
\n-Box of polyester, with a mouth of 100 mm for the connection to the tube.
\n-Timer controlled by a microprocessor.
\n-Reactors made of stainless steel. Working in 3 groups of power output (8, 12, and 24 g), in function of the dimension of the silo (25, 50 and 100 m3), at dilutions of O3 near the 0,24 ppm.
\n-Incorporates a powerful turbine of 600 m3 \/ hour, for power boost and deal efficiently with the generated Ozone.
\n-It is portable, mounted on a cart for easy transportation.
\n-Consumption at maximum power: 400 W.
\n-Case size (without cart): 74,7 x 53.6 x 30 cm

The generators of Top Ozone do not produce aluminum<\/strong>, very toxic heavy metal, as it does not use reactors ceramic but made of stainless steel.<\/p>\n

Application form<\/h3>\n

-Once you have cleaned the silo, it will introduce the Ozone gas to the silo through two ducts, simultaneously. One for the top and the other at the bottom.
\n-It will be in temporary groups of 20 minutes of Ozone generation and 15 minutes of remnant (so as to let the residual work for 15 to 20 minutes)
\n-Between 3 and 4 exposures of 20 minutes each, we can ensure a correct treatment in vacuum, to ensure a complete disinfection of the silo.
\n-The Ozone, like any disinfectant, it acts by oxidizing. If the silo is made, in their entirety, with stainless steel materials (including welds), there will not be any problems of oxidation.
\n-Once you reached the goal, and if it's not going to be used immediately the silo, we do not recommend applying Ozone to that are not next to the filling of the silo.<\/p>\n
